The position
As a PVP (Project Vice President) Business Partner in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development, you will support the PVP and the project management team on a wide range of business-related matters, as well as selected day-to-day tasks, analyses, and communication- related tasks.
You will be the anchor and right hand to the PVP and for the different project areas, supporting both on central tasks and specific core issues that can occur. The role in general includes identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives to support the overall investment project, hereby handling strategic problems, following up on actions and being in charge of several management meetings (incl. creating presentation materials and handling practicalities). This further includes a lot of stakeholder management both internally and externally, collecting data/information, and keeping track of the central project KPIs on monthly basis. You will work closely with the entire team and units, and support on different deliverables.
The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organisation is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. You will also get a chance to engage in a broad network both within and outside of CMC Development. After project execution, this position opens opportunities for further career development within project management, people leadership, or executive management support.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant master’s degree, and you have min. 4-5 years of working experience preferably within project management, executive support, consultancy or as team leader. Ideally, you:

- Have excellent English skills written and spoken
