The position
As a Project Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will be part of setting the direction for the development of our future formulation process. You will be securing a close collaboration and coordination with the SVP area AP Expansions, which is responsible for the expansion of production capacity across Novo Nordisk.

This opportunity will involve a high degree of stakeholder management with the SVP area AP Expansions, the new site facilities, but also internally within IFP Manufacturing Development.We offer an exciting position where you will quickly develop a global network, both internally and externally. As your projects will be cross-borders, some travelling would be expected, this is estimated up to 10%.
Qualifications
About the department
Our department, IFP Technology Development Projects, is responsible for technology development and implementation in global programs that will ensure our brand new IFP aseptic production sites are built including the latest emerging technologies and processes. We play an essential role in the Novo Nordisk future, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production.
IFP Technology Development Projects is a department consisting of highly engaged and experienced project managers, program managers and portfolio managers, who runs global projects/programs in close collaboration with consultants and suppliers as well as our aseptic production sites in China, Russia, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States.

The position

- Setting direction and prioritisation of activities
- Managing timelines and deliverables
- Reporting to management
- Engagement and management of resources (our engineers and external partners)
- Scouting for formulation technologies and knowledge sharing with stakeholders
This opportunity will involve a high degree of stakeholder management with the SVP area AP Expansions, the new site facilities, but also internally within IFP Manufacturing Development.We offer an exciting position where you will quickly develop a global network, both internally and externally. Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, economics or similar.
- Ideally, your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry which includes aseptic production and formulation.
- You have working experience as a Project Manager or have hands on experience leading projects.
- You are a team player, and able to quickly build strong working relationships.
- Good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
