You will be part of the Global Data Office, a unit in DD&IT acting as the counterpart for Line of Business. The focus of GDO is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data to enable the digital transformation

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to enable Digital across all of Novo Nordisk
- Driving and leading the implementation of large epics/projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Line of Business, data & analytics/digital key stakeholders, key business executives, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the below qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-4 years of strategy, transformation, and project management-experience (preferable agile) ideally from a management consultancy or an industrial company – life sciences/pharma would be an advantage
- Experience in driving large transformations and in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes
On a personal skills level, we would like to see a mix that includes some of the following:
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills — Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A true change mindset
- Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists
- Used to navigate in a complex stakeholder environment
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
