We are looking for a new manager who is motivated by delivering life essential insulin to patients globally. So, if you want to make a difference, we are ready to offer you an exciting position as associated manager (team leader) for our Process Support Team positioned in Supply & Formulation at Novo Nordisk production site Bagsværd.

Your job and team
As associated manager you will head a team of 20 dedicated and highly skilled professionals. The team is responsible for supporting the production area. Hereby process confirmation, validations, deviations, optimisations ect. The team is also responsible for inspections from external authorities.
You key responsibility as associated manager is
You will be setting direction for the team while facilitating individual and team development required to drive performance and secure high levels of engagement. You will also be an active member of the management team in Supply & Formulation and report directly to the department director.
As a management team member, you will be a frontrunner in the department and show the way and the right behaviour. You will be a sparring partner to your leader colleagues and be a part of a group where we help each other if it’s needed. We expect you to be dedicated and let us know you as you are.
Your qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacist, Chemistry or other relevant education on a higher level that could be relevant for at leader in this position.
Experience from the pharma industry would be great but is not a pre-requisite for achieving success in our team if you are an effective learner who has a curious mindset and is able to convert new knowledge to great leadership behaviour and performance.
You are an experienced and talented leader with 3-4 years of leadership experience. When current colleagues describe you, they usually highlight that you are successful in

Your job and team
