The position
You will be the HR Business Partner of for the Senior Vice President of People & Organisation Business Partnering as well as supporting the Chief HR Officer of Novo Nordisk on core people matters. The main responsibility is to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving:
• Organisational development
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Talent management & development
• Culture and engagement
You will join the SVP leadership team as well as our HR Business Partnering team supporting across two EVP areas.
As our new SVP HR Business Partner, you will work independently with sparring from EVP HRBP and team members. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams/areas, including business leaders and HR colleagues.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you:
• Hold a relevant advanced degree education (Masters, MBA etc.)
• Have 5+ years relevant HR experience within a large, international and culturally diverse environment
• Are fluent in verbal and written English
• Possess good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions

About the department
You will join a team of six HR Business Partners working on supporting the leadership within two EVP areas: Finance, Legal and Global Solutions as well as People & Organisation. We support the leadership teams on all HR related matters from strategic people discussions, people development, the annual HR wheel and ad hoc employee matters. Our main priority is to enable the business to deliver by driving the right people initiatives based on the business strategy. You will report to the EVP HR Business Partner.
