What’s behind the title?
As a UX/UI consultant in Novo Nordisk you will be the ambassador of user-centricity and help the agile teams scale that mindset. You are passionate about building UX into digital and IT and you love to preach user experience and spread its awareness wherever possible, be it through workshops or training, community building or workshops, design showcases or mentoring others. Your role will be to take UX to the next level in DD&IT Novo Nordisk and help us build UX into the DNA of our ways of working. You will occasionally get the opportunity to maintain your UX toolkit when there are UX service requests such as UX reviews or a usability test.
The job requires working of of Bagsværd premies minimum 3-4 days weekly.

Do you have what it takes?
We expect you to hold a master’s degree in Digital Design, Business IT or another relevant field or you have worked within this space for an extended period and have an impressive track record to show.
As a person you are:
Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and you have solid experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
About the UX team
You will be part of a small UX team with 3 internal UX colleagues and several external UX consultants. Our business model is to scale capacity up and down using UX freelancers pending on requests from the agile teams and there might be ad hoc assignments across the Digital, Data & IT organisation depending on the needs. Two student assistants support the UX team with the administrative parts of setting up tests and interviews. You will be part of the UX team in DD & IT staffs

- maintain and communicate the UX service catalogue
- create and establish new UX services
- brand and communicate UX on internal IT systems (Yammer, user panel, UX pitches etc.)
- work closely together with the UX manager on building UX into the mindset and culture of DD&IT and
- co-drive the UX strategy and scale UX in DD&IT
- co-drive UX culture transition in DD&IT
- conduct UX research, UX reviews, wireframing, sketches and mock-ups on an ad hoc basis
Do you have what it takes?
We expect you to hold a master’s degree in Digital Design, Business IT or another relevant field or you have worked within this space for an extended period and have an impressive track record to show.

- A strong communicator, comfortable with sketching and facilitating ideation sessions and workshops and you thrive working in an agile setting.
- A team player, who excels in a busy environment with a high degree of empowerment.
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Passionate about agile ways of working and eager to deliver value with your unique skillset.
