Are you ready to be an essential part of a great team of engineers, technicians, and professionals in an aseptic production facility, delivering medicine to more than 35 million patients? You can now join our department, where you will be a key player ensuring high performance in our production, where our key process is automated visual inspection of insulin. Furthermore, you will support us implementing new automated inspection technology, making us able to run inspection of future Novo Nordisk products. Here we can offer a great variation in tasks between production, systematic problem solving while also having an important role in our project execution of different complex projects. If this seems interesting, you could be our new Marine Engineer for operation and optimization of inspection machines (Maskinmester). About our Department and the Team We are in Bagsværd, where we are a part of a huge insulin filling facility. The whole site is approximately employing 750 people, and in our Department, we are 135 colleagues. We currently have two automated inspection lines running, ensuring that we only release products that fulfil our quality requirements. Furthermore, we are running two game-changing projects, to implement two new inspection lines (new inspection technology), so we soon have four lines in total. The team consists of approximately 20 professionals and technicians, being responsible for supporting and developing our processes and production equipment. Fortunately, we do not have many deviations in the Department, so we have plenty of time to put energy and effort into pro-active projects and continuous improvement in our daily operation. Responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting, systematic problem solving, deviations (but only a few) and general support across our Department and Production Site. Optimizing procedures and equipment. Participate in (or head up) different important projects to ensure compliance in accordance with new Annex 1 requirements and bring our production to the next level performance-wise. You will have an important role for the update of EU GMP Annex 1 but also other external requirements. Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher academic education background within science, engineering, data, pharmacy or similar.
Your experiences could include: Knowledge within Aseptic Production and/or Inspection and experience in a GMP or highly regulated environment. Previous experience within PLC, Vision systems e.g., lights, cameras, and/or automated production equipment. Experience of analysing large datasets to inform solutions. Knowledge within robotics. A passion and understanding of automated production. But most importantly, you are a great colleague with a positive mindset.
