About the position Novo Nordisk is growing and some of our business areas have grown into the need of more partnering assistance. Consequently, we have more available areas and are looking for three new partners. As our new Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for advisory on and managing talent acquisition in dedicated business areas. You will spend most of your time on recruitments - driving the end-to-end recruitment processes for professional to senior-level positions in collaboration with hiring managers. You will be supported by a sourcer and an administrator located outside Denmark in all recruitments. The second part of your job involves being the strategic advisor for managers and HR Business Partners in your business areas. Novo Nordisk is not only growing but also changing in many aspects and this emphasises the value and importance of the strategic advisory role. We apply the same strategic approach across our organization, but the must win battles are very different across business areas. As a strategic partner you are expected to provide your stakeholders with knowledge on market trends, linking market insights with the medium and long-term needs of the organization and identifying must win battles. All based on a data-driven approach. You can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom, where you get to make a difference by matching people with life-changing opportunities, and with ample opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally. Qualifications You have several years of experience recruiting a broad variety of profiles. Preferably you are used to handle 70+ recruitments per year You hold a relevant academic master degree Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and sharing of knowledge You have a demonstrated ability to flex from strategic to tactical support of the business when acting as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders. You manage to keep a strategic overview while dealing with details, and you can handle a complete area of recruitments both operationally and strategically You are fluent in English – written and oral We use People Test System and Hogan as an important part of our assessment method and as you might not be certified in these specifically, you are familiar with various assessment methods. About the department You will be joining Talent Acquisition Partnering, a team of 16 talent acquisition partners with a very diverse range of backgrounds. We are trained within completely different fields, but we have all spent quite a few years making sure that the right jobs find the right people at the right time. We are a part of the area Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 95 recruiters. Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark in around 9.000 recruitments annually. You and your colleagues primarily work at the site linked to their designated business area. Thus, at an everyday basis we are scattered around the production facilities, offices or laboratories in primarily Bagsværd, Søborg, Måløv, Kalundborg and Gentofte. Since our team members are working from different sites we have a focus on keeping in touch, sharing knowledge and meeting on a regular basis.
