About this role
As a Technical Analyst, your primary responsibility will be activities related to one of our IT systems, PAS-X sedApta finite scheduler, which is a system used for capacity planning in production sites. Together with line of business colleagues, you will be part of projects, where the aim is to roll-out sedApta on various sites. In addition, you will be supporting the department with ad hoc analytical and reporting tasks

The department, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Agile Programme, anchored in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply, is focused on implementing various systems supporting Novo Nordisk’ manufacturing processes. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised.
The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from Product managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
Overall, you will join the rapidly evolving and growing DD&IT PS area, where over 800 employees are working across the globe to revolutionise IT across our production and supply chain domain in Novo Nordisk.

About this role

More specifically our next Technical analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Be our data subject matter expert related to production optimisation software/ sedApta Finite Scheduler and build-up knowledge about production planning and supply chain
- ADA / Alteryx related support & development – becoming our Subject Matter Expert on Alteryx
- Database and interface maintenance and development
- Backend configurations of the software
- Coordinate installations/implementations including upgrades of servers ensuring impact assessments and change management activities to stakeholders
- Evaluate and prioritise service/support tickets ensuring vendor prioritisation/handling
- Key role in managing and resolving incidents and changes (trouble shooting, communication, documentation, implementation of changes/fixes, etc.)
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, IT engineering or in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Alteryx and/or SQL
- Experience with system implementation and configuration
- Knowledge of production systems, data management, production or capacity planning is an advantage
- Experience and or knowledge with database management
- Experience or knowledge of system upgrades is a clear advantage
