The position Due to expansion within the department, we welcome a W&S Specialist within the Supply & Formulation department within Injectable Finished Products (IFP). You will join our leadership team and will report directly to the Senior Director to work strategically and support the team and production with W&S processes. As part of supporting the department, your leadership and expertise will be key when on the shopfloor, offering process support and guidance to our operators. Responsibilities will include: key role in decision making alongside the management group regarding W&S processes and new equipment. Active involvement in the process groups for IFP. Participating the in performance board, management board and support team meetings. Support projects and resources across the department and offering sparring and coaching. Driving the W&S digitalisation journey across the department.
Qualifications You hold an academic degree within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or similar. 5+ years’ experience within W&S equipment and processes and/ or other production areas within the pharmaceutical industry. An interest and knowledge on digitalisation and new technologies. Stakeholder management and working cross functionally and globally. Fluent in spoke and written English. If you speak Danish this is a bonus. As a professional, you have worked strategically and able to take the lead to get an overview of cross-functional projects or systematic problem-solving. You see yourself as self-driven, curious and thrive taking on new challenges whilst working closely with your team. About the department At Supply and Formulation within IFP, site Bagsværd, we have a team of 170 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, repair technicians, and support staff. Our department are responsible for supporting the sterilisation equipment, W&S processes for our production, as well as supporting our formulation process. Within the W&S department, you will collaborate closely with 1 other W&S Specialist and will report directly into the Senior Director. There are 23 supporters within the team with various levels of experience.
