As Scrum Master, you will become a key member of one of our product teams (Global CCTV). You will be responsible for preparing and facilitating events for the team, e.g., stand-up meetings, retrospectives, demos, etc. In this role, your main responsibilities will be: coach and educate your team in SAFe ways of working help the self-organising team to achieve their goals in close collaboration with the Product Owner, ensure to fill, prioritise, and manage the backlog help the team members develop and grow drive the continuous improvement in the team, creating a learning environment, and ensuring learnings are shared with other product teams in your area

You are a team player who takes responsibility for the team and ensures an excellent collaboration to the other agile teams and our business stakeholders. Qualifications

You excel at being servant leader for people and ensure that the team manages their progress and ensure that obstacles are removed. You like to learn, react, and adapt to changes and share experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills & experiences: 5 years or more of experience with IT or OT projects including project management and/or Scrum Master experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in large transformational projects or in large international organizations, preferably experience in SAFe Experience within production processes will be a plus, but is not required Our corporate language is English, and we expect you to be fluent B. Sc./M.Sc. in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields About the department
The department sets the strategic direction with technology and implements global solutions by use of some of the newest technologies available, for example, IoT. We belong to ‘Digital, Data and IT’ (DD&IT). Our team operates primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark and works in close online collaboration with key stakeholders from Product Supply across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Your colleagues will consist of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Implementation Leads and System Managers.
