As Investment Project Portfolio Partner, you will join a team of 15 colleagues working on developing, optimizing and expanding the global production network in the largest production division in Novo Nordisk in close collaboration with senior colleagues and stakeholders. We offer you a position, where you will be working closely together with all team members to drive and orchestrate development of decision material to senior management and ensure timeliness and high-quality in the management reporting and decision material being created in the team. Your main responsibilities will be: As Project Portfolio Controller you will consolidate and challenge overall IFP investment portfolio including budget and monthly reporting and ensure continuously updated monthly cash flow forecast’ Ensure project portfolio management systems continuously are updated to reflect IFP Investment Portfolio, as wells as timely approvals of investments according to existing governance and continuous development on digital tools and dashboard to drive transparency and automation in reporting. Drive Long Term Financial Forecasting for investments, where you will act as owner and driver of process standards and templates and ensure they are scalable for significant increases in activity level. Ensure uniform and standardised work processes in IFP related to investments Support sites and programme managers in business case preparation Support improvements through analytical working methods and ad-hoc support to selected projects, where you will a ct as a business partner to IFP sites towards global stakeholders Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant academic degree. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, finance, business consulting or project execution and preferably experience within Project Management. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and production processes Strong PowerPoint visualization skills Fluency in English, written and verbal. As a person you can work independently, build and maintain relationships and to quickly see and address problems. As you are well-organized and have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills both in terms of subjects and numbers with the ability to communicate complex matters with simplicity often through decision material in form of PowerPoint presentations. IFP Business Development is a part of Business Support, located in the Bagsværd - an international and high-performing department, consisting of around 40 people from approx. 10 countries. IFP Business Development is responsible for developing, optimizing and expanding the global production network of production lines across the 7 international production sites in the production unit called Injectable Finished Products (FIP). You get the opportunity to join a diverse and high performing team of colleagues with different levels of seniority and business experience. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global Injectable Finished Products organisation.
