The Position As Mobility Partner, you will have a high level of independence and will represent Global Mobility both internally and externally. Therefore, you will manage, maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as Line of Business, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. You will handle all kinds of situations, including difficult, sensitive, and confidential conditions. In this role you will have direct touch points with leaders at all levels across countries, collaborate cross functionally with colleagues from HR and other support functions as well as with external providers. Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Conduct risk assessments for cases initiated by line of business and advise on requirements for a compliant set-up.
  • Work with Corporate Tax, Legal Counsel, Tax provider, when necessary and initiate vendor support when needed.
  • Register and track cases in our operational systems.
  • Assist with administrative activities (e.g., report preparation, policy documentation review/rewrite), gather intelligence and input for further framework development.
  • On top of that, you will become the subject matter expert within defined areas of expertise and striving for operational excellence through simplification, standardisation, and automation. The traditional mobility landscape has changed dramatically in recent years and in Novo Nordisk we have embarked on an exciting journey which will move us from traditional relocation of talent to a more holistic talent mobilisation where both talent and jobs are mobile: we call it Virtual Work Options. Qualifications To be considered for this role, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least a Bachelor degree within business administration, HR, legal or any other relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with international mobility, international assignment management, international compliance and/or regional service centre or similar as part of your work.
  • Enjoy working in global company and across different cultures in a changing environment.
  • Have proficiency with MS Office tools
  • It is advantage if you are familiar with Assignment Pro, MMS, SAP or any other similar systems for mobility processes.
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • As a person you are open-minded, innovative, have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you can work independently but also contribute to a strong and positive team spirit. You are able to manage and keep an overview on multiple cases and projects at once. You thrive in working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. Last but not least, you are curious, a fast learner, and a problem-solver who enjoy navigating and making decisions in an environment where you don’t have all the answers. About the Department You will join the Total Rewards and Mobility department, part of Global People & Organisation. We have a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and we use our diversity to create and develop innovative customer focused solutions and provide high-quality support to our customers. You will be part of a newly established team dedicated to support the organisation globally on virtual work opportunities through partnering and operational support as well as traditional mobility.
