We are establishing a new Injectables Finished Products Quality (IFP QA) cLEAN team organised in IFP Manufacturing Development QA and we are looking for 1 CVP cLEAN partner and 2 cLEAN partners. All three positions are physically located in Bagsværd, Denmark. Novo Nordisk is expanding to support more patients. In Insulin Finished Products (IFP) the capacity will double over the next 10 years. Establishing of a cLEAN organisation within IFP Quality is an important initiative to secure compliance and highest quality since the cLEAN philosophy is to improve with Quality as the starting point. The positions As a CVP clean partner in IFP QA you will be responsible for the development of our cLEAN competences and for setting direction for the IFP QA cLEAN partners and the global network of IFP Q cLEAN partners As cLEAN partner in IFP QA, you will be a main contributor to the development of our cLEAN competences and cLEAN culture in NNQ and support us in living the cLEAN philosophy. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Development and implementation of cLEAN leader training for all leaders within NNQ.
  • Coaching and developing local cLEAN partners and managers in driving cLEAN leadership behaviours and using cLEAN systems and tools.
  • Identifying focus areas for improvements in the NNQ CVP areas and drive and support execution
  • Facilitating and sharing best practices across NNQ CVP areas through a cLEAN partner network, cLEAN academy and other channels.
  • Driving and supporting the performance management processes in the CVP area and ensure alignment with the NNQ strategic commitments

  • Have an academic degree within relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management)
  • Are certified within cLEAN (Eg. Black belt/DMAIC/2-star certified)
  • Have experience within driving process improvements, designing and executing cLEAN transformations
  • Have proven experience in coaching leaders and employees in all levels of an organisation
  • Have experience in teaching cLEAN principles, systems and tools – and cLEAN Leadership Behaviours to all levels in an organisation.
  • Have practical experience in analyzing data and trends
  • For the CVP cLEAN partner position, you must also have demonstrated management/project management skills. On a personal level you:
  • Are passionate and have a natural drive to develop cLEAN culture
  • Have an ability to build trust and relations with leaders and employees
  • Have strong change management and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy both working independently and within a team / with different partners and within different cultures
  • Communicate fluently in both Danish and English
  • About the department IFP QA is the CVP area within NNQ supporting quality within alle the IFP production sites world-wide including China, France, Brazil, US and Denmark IFP QA Manufacturing Development is a QA department within IFP QA, providing quality support to IFP Manufacturing Development as well as support to IFP QA and NNQ. Our department consists of 40 highly qualified employees divided into three teams: QA for QC, Products & Processes, and Support. We are responsible for assuring quality and compliance of QC laboratories and Manufacturing Development activities for IFP production sites across the world as well as performing project management for cross-organizational projects, driving digitalization in IFP QA, and supporting with audits and inspections.
