Our team You will become part of an agile and high-performance team that currently consist of two student assistants and seven highly skilled colleagues within several business transformation areas such as Strategy, DEI, and Automation. Your focus will be on driving cross-functional training projects and ensuring a high level of business support across different sites. The team is anchored in ‘Oral Finished Products and Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability Quality Assurance’ (OFP & CSDS QA) with roughly 400 employees across the globe – the majority being in Denmark. Your responsibilities As Training Project Manager you will have a diverse set of tasks including the following: Drive training optimisation projects across different areas and sites. Facilitate a cross-functional training network to ensure value maximisation of local training activities and solutions.
Support the and the area CVP with training related tasks and participate in training network as training process responsible.
Be business sparring partner, within training related matters, to senior mgmt. across OFP & CSDS Quality and support in various business related tasks to maximise impact across the organisation.
Proactively support a simplification agenda and identify business optimisation opportunities by utilizing knowledge of local processes and challenges.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders and communicate and engage on all levels in the organisation incl. senior management. Qualifications: We imagine you have the following qualifications: You hold a Master of Science in a relevant field, e.g., Learning & Development, Business Administration or similar. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with training in a regulated industry. You have relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: training, quality assurance, GxP processes and process optimisation. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You are fluent in english (both spoken and written). To suceed in this job, you must be proactive, service minded, able to identify training improvement opportunities independently and find and drive solutions.
