The job As the Protective Intelligence Lead, you play an important role in the creation of a new world class security and resilience organisation. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the company to deliver geopolitical analysis and security threat intelligence enabling decision making and data based risk taking. Your main focus will initially be to develop and implement our Security Intelligence strategy, ensuring this aligns closely to our core business objectives and Global Security approach. This will imply collaborating with a broad array of internal customers to deliver fit-for-purpose and timely solutions that constantly add value to the organisation. A heavy focus on Geopolitical Risks management is expected and will be a foundational pillar of this strategy, looking both at short, medium and long term risks. You will also design and oversee the deployment of an insider threat programme aiming at protecting Novo Nordisk (including its intellectual property, products and employees) from a broad array of risks. Working across business lines, you will have the opportunity to protect some of the company’s most sensitive assets. Working closely with the Head of Global Security, you will contribute to the formation of a holistic and proactive security risks management approach. Qualifications Ideally Masters Degree (e.g. Political Sciences, Geopolitics, International Relations, Security Risk Management) Solid experience in geopolitical analysis and geopolitical and security risk management (either in the public or private sector) Significant programme and change management experience Comprehensive international expertise with a strong intelligence network Strategic mindset with the ability to build and deliver multi-year plans Strong business partnering skills, a genuine interest and understanding of the commercial/business aspects of the role Self-driven, can-do attitude with a result-oriented entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to deliver Strong ability to lead through a matrix organisation and to work and deliver across countries & cultures The department
