As a Scrum Master you will be part of driving one of the largest ever digital transformations of the Novo Nordisk finance organization with the companywide upgrade of our ERP system (from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA). This is a five-year journey involving stakeholders across our global organization which calls for excellent communication and coordination skills. We are working in a SAFe setup to manage expectations between IT and our line of business, which means you will role model the agile way of working and continuously drive agile improvements in the Finance, Legal & Procurement ART. Your main responsibilities include:
• Support S/4HANA Product Manager in building backlog and tracking progress
• Foster improvements and facilitate the S/4HANA agile team to efficient delivery
• Keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary
• Help the team prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Be a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and agile mindset in Novo Nordisk We are looking for
A positive, proactive colleague who can collaborate across functional areas and in dynamic organizational settings. To succeed in the role, you have
• Several years of experience as Scrum Master working in an Agile team in a large and complex organization
• Experience working with SAP and/or Finance processes
• Experience in how to build and support a learning culture in Agile teams – increase knowledge, cut complexity and be innovative
• Familiarity with the Agile practices e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps
On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adapts quickly to change. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice.
