As Training Partner you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of
simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems. Your main responsibilities will be: Driving improvement projects related to training Overall responsibility for the training concept in API Pilots functional area Together with the management ensuring compliant training Coordinating and ensuring quality of training in API Pilots departments Participating in CMC Development training network and local training network You will have access to our global training organisation, and you will work closely with API Pilots three Job Function Coordinators and two more Partners in similar positions. Qualifications Experience with basic training knowledge (learning formats, learning objectives, assessment and evaluation of training and training effectiveness) Project Manager experience - Able to drive a project to completion, engaging project members and key stakeholders Coaching of others on levels above and below self Fluent in Danish and English, written and oral Structured working approach API knowledge is not required, however experience with GMP is a benefit. As the support function for CMC API Pilots, we specialize in Lean methodologies, Training, Quality control, Data Modelling, and Data Visualisation across our production sites located in Gentofte and Bagsværd. Our team of 12 skilled professionals, who bring with them solid experience from Novo Nordisk, are highly motivated and dedicated to meeting the complex demands of our production facilities. With our home base located in Søborg, you will have the opportunity to work closely with us in the Bagsværd area, where a significant part of your role will be focused. Working at Novo Nordisk
