The role and its responsibilities The integration Project Manager will be responsible for Project Management of the integration/migration efforts in connection with the IT integration of the acquired company. Other responsibilities include:
  • Taking the agreed Integration Strategy and build an actionable plan, and drive the integration towards timely execution of this plan
  • Communicating and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally make an impact for the better of the project
  • Being responsible for tracking and reporting progress on the integration activities to the integration team, the IMO, the NN project and to relevant governance bodies
  • Ensuring to identify, track and document risks during the integration project
  • Qualifications As an ideal candidate, you have:
  • A master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field
  • Experience from multifaceted IT implementations, preferably in large complex organisations
  • Deep knowledge in various Project Management techniques and good understanding in the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and to deliver on the project plan
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • On a personal level you are a team player and can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels. About the department The position is based in Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with ~450 employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations, CLOUD Services and digital workplace. The PMO will report to the Strategy Director of Strategy & Transformation. Strategy & Transformation is a team of 25 highly skilled and dedicated employees, responsible for driving the strategy and supporting the agile delivery engine in GITO, as well as securing the Integration of future acquisitions.
