Within the Corporate Infrastructure department, our strategic focus in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) is to ensure stable infrastructure operations while continuously developing and modernizing our infrastructure. Therefore, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about driving change and wants to join us in this exciting journey.
The position – Service Delivery Manager
In Cloud and Corporate infrastructure, we are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager for our IT Infrastructure area to help enable the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk. As Service Delivery Manager your key responsibilities will be to ensure ITSM processes are efficient and correctly executed and also ensure reporting of SLAS and Vendor KPIs with corrective actions. The Service Delivery Manager acts as an escalation point during business hours, orchestrating the resolution of incidents on behalf of the Product Owner and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved. We are looking for the right candidates with the ability to operate and provide service, with a helicopter perspective as well as on a detailed technical level. Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, managing large and complex projects/deliveries in roles such as Project Manager, Service Delivery Lead, or Service Manager. Strong background in IT Services, with expertise in ITIL Service Design and Service Operations. ITIL Certification at the Service Manager Level is preferred. Experience using ITSM tools, with knowledge of ServiceNow preferred. Experience interacting with senior management, external Service Delivery leads, or relationship management. Excellent communication, cooperation, and coordination skills. Flexibility to use your competencies across other services to upskill the team. Constructive attitude and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work proactively in a complex and busy environment. Good stakeholder management skills, conflict resolution abilities, relationship building, and cultural awareness. Proficient in written and spoken English, which is our corporate language.

The role is situated within the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) team, an integral part of Global IT Operations (GITO). This department boasts over 400 employees dispersed across 25+ countries, and is responsible for managing our Cloud and Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management, and Digital Workplace Services. Within C&CI, we have a team of 100+ individuals in 10+ product teams, consisting of both dedicated employees and skilled externals. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, we operate in a truly global environment with colleagues from around the world. Our team is accountable for all Novo Nordisk Cloud (Private and Public) and Corporate Infrastructure (Network, Connectivity, and Hybrid Platforms) Services on a global scale. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Some business travels can occur, approximately 7-10 days per year.
