As our new colleague, you will become part of the exciting journey. The position Be a part of the Delivery Team there deliver the End User Support Experience product. Work with POs and BO to identify their goals and expectations for UX. Develop the strategies and tactics required to meet the expectations of POs and BO
Prepare effective, comprehensive pre- and post- tool user testing when applicable.
Work with our internal team to continually refine and evolve our User Experience process
Participate in industry-related development groups and communities to create optimal opportunities for learning resources and knowledge sharing.
Ensures quality, cost-effective service within budget and established timeframe
Analyse existing data to guide strategy and implementation of UX tactics.
The key stakeholders will be:
• Product Owner
• IT Support tools architect
• Business Owner
• People Leader
• Stakeholders in Global IT & LoB organisation
Qualifications • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Education, Technical, Psychology, Computer, Graphic Design, Engineering, Information Technology, Interaction Design We expect you to have experience that match: • 5+ years of experience in a global IT organisation
• 2-4 years of related UX work experience
• Basic understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events
• Excellent communication skills.
• Human Factors Engineering and other User-Centered Design methodologies
• Latest web technologies and UX
• Sketch
• UI and design trends
• CSS and HTML helpful for coordinating visual design to developers
Your personal skills for have the best possibility for success: • High level of self-motivation and personal drive
• Project Management competencies
• Ability to handle a high number of tasks simultaneously
• Ability to understand complex Service Desk and IT Support risks & problems and present the essence
• Ability to continuously work towards simplicity
• Ability to get things done and collaborate with distributed teams in a global organisation.
About the department
Global IT Support is anchored within the DD&IT organisation and has employees based in different countries across the world. In DD&IT, we work Agile, and in the GITS Product Area, we have four products and eight regional teams. The products cover End User Support Experience, Service Operation Excellence, Regional IT Services and ITAM. You will be part of a continued journey to deploy and improve the Agile organisation and competencies.
