We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Supply Chain to lead large implementations within our Produce & Deliver area. What’s in it for you?
As our Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for aligning across “Planning & Purchase” and “Produce & Deliver” Agile Release Trains (ARTs) while being a close collaborator to our S/4HANA programme. You will together with the S/4HANA programme ensure that the prioritised features are anchored in the right agile teams within the two IT logistics ARTs. This requires close collaboration with the agile teams, architects and S/4HANA programme.
Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas: Ensure the prioritised features by S/4HANA programme are delivered as planned in the agile teams for both Logistics ARTs Ensure project’s integration in the ART, in collaboration with S/4HANA Programme, ART leadership, Product Owners and Scrum Masters Manage interdependencies within the agile teams in both Logistics ARTs and with the S/4HANA programme and other initiatives as well as business and system risk incl. timely escalation. Strengthen the collaboration between the Agile Delivery Teams and the S/4HANA programme
What we’re looking for?
To be successful in this role, we would like you to have:
Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the Agile transformation Vendor management experience ensuring alignment on critical deliveries as well as having the ability to ensure diverge interests find a common solution Good understanding of agile framework (e.g., SAFe) and working in agile teams will be an added advantage Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage. Both written and spoken English fluency.
As a person, you have good interpersonal skills in being able to guide and challenge your colleagues in the line of business, when needed. Moreover, we would like to count on someone who has excellent communication skills in speech and writing, who is result oriented and take clear ownership for assigned tasks. At the same time, you have a flexible and proactive attitude, able to take initiative. Play your part in DD&IT

As our new colleague, you will join DD&IT, where we specialise both within Produce & Deliver and Planning & Purchase. Here you will join a team of other Subject Matter Experts with a similar passion and expertise for SAP. As our SAP journey is a large and complex programme, you will join a community of colleague working within different SAP specialities across different departments in DD&IT – the internal IT organisation of Novo Nordisk. You will therefore get the chance to meet and collaborate with different colleagues within the other SAP disciplines to implement and succeed with the new S/4 ERP platform.
The Novo Nordisk SAP community counts +150 people in Denmark and India, where we work cross-organizational across areas and disciplines.
