The role and its responsibilities You will be working in our Planning & Purchase Agile Release Train (ART) ensuring that the S/4HANA requirements are anchored in the agile teams. This requires collaboration and alignment with other Product Architects and System Architects to ensure consistency within the S/4HANA Program and the Agile Release Train. You will together with other architects from the area and the S/4HANA programme ensure that the right solution is implemented in the agile teams to support the S/4HANA migration planned for 2025. Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas: Ensure solutions are aligned with the DD&IT Product Supply (PS) Architecture and align the solution design with relevant architects across DD&IT. A close collaborator will be the S/4HANA Programme. Contribute to all activities from a technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations specifically on the Planning and Purchase value stream (SAP MM, SD, Master Data Automation etc.) Manage interdependencies within the agile teams in both Logistics ARTs and with the S/4HANA programme and other initiatives as well as business and system risk incl. timely escalation. Strengthen the collaboration between the ARTs and the S/4HANA programme ensuring the right solutions are implemented to support a successful S/4HANA implementation.
What you will bring along
We expect you to meet the following requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the Agile transformation. Extended experience within Logistics with strong technical and process knowledge on planning & purchasing value stream (SAP MM, SAP SD; Master data automation etc). Good understanding of agile framework (e.g. SAFe) and working in agile teams will be an added advantage. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage. Both written and spoken English fluency is required.
As a person, you have excellent communication skills together with a flexible, proactive attitude and able to take initiative. Moreover, we would like to recognise in you the ability to have a holistic view while also being able to go into the technical details when needed.

As our SAP journey is a large and complex programme, you will join a community of colleague working within different SAP specialities across different departments in DD&IT – the internal IT organisation of Novo Nordisk. You will therefore get the chance to meet and collaborate with different colleagues within the other SAP disciplines to implement and succeed with the new S/4 ERP platform.
The Novo Nordisk SAP community counts +150 people in Denmark and India, where we work cross-organizational across areas and disciplines.
