This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest in-house recruitment functions in Denmark – and to embark on a life-changing career journey. About the position
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will drive end-to-end recruitments supported by sourcers (who finds the right candidates) and administrators (looking after systems and handle interview bookings) from our RPO. Therefore, your main responsibility will be to guide and support the hiring managers through the recruitment process from start-up meeting and all the way to the final candidate selection. Along the way, you will support, advise, and challenge the hiring manager while also ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will join a team of TA colleagues supporting hiring managers in R&ED in Novo Nordisk Denmark. Most of the recruitments in this area are often characterised by high complexity which is why perseverance and outside-the-box-thinking often is required.

Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar. We expect you to have end to end recruitment experience where you have handled typically 70-100 hires per year. Any recruitment experience within R&ED or other high complexity roles is highly advantageous. Same goes for experience with use of assessment in recruitment processes. In addition to that, you are fluent in English. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You thrive in an environment where you work independently while creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details. About the department
You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites in primarily Måløv and Gentofte depending on the assigned area. Contact
