The Department Ready to join and help us in defining the commercial strategy? You will be part of our Strategic Marketing team within the Sales & Marketing department.
The Strategic Marketing team is responsible for managing existing products and also bringing new products to market within bioprocessing, where product managers and business analysts are working closely together.
We strive identify trends and opportunities in the industry, collecting and analysing the data to make sound commercial and strategic recommendations to the organizations, while working together with other departments across the organization. The Job You will be having a very active role in the team, working closely together with the product managers and together with the R&D and finance team. You will have a key role in providing recommendations based on your analysis and data gathered. Identify actionable opportunities & insights to enable our colleagues to maximize revenue on existing products and in shaping the product pipeline, driving strategic initiatives Perform deep dive analysis to create insights and identify commercial opportunities and risks Generate business cases and provide recommendations on key strategic decisions based on your analysis (NPV, IRR, ROI) Support the development of pricing strategy for existing and new products Conduct market research by collecting and analysing data from different sources, including market reports Follow market trends on regular basis It is expected from you to take the lead on the data analysis and models used, and work closely with the product managers to come with recommendations regarding proof of business and investments QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in business insights and analytics, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector. You hold a M.Sc. degree in business, finance or other relevant education. Supplementary education within business management is a plus. It is expected from you to have experience with financial tools and metrics such as P&L analysis, NPVs, ROI, IRR, etc. As a person, you are self-driven and know how to take initiative. You have good planning skills and think strategically. You will also be participating in different projects at once, so you need to be good at prioritizing and keeping focus on the strategic goals.
