About the department
You will become part of the Strategy & Organisational Readiness unit anchored in People & Organisation (P&O). Our team is responsible for driving organisational development at the enterprise level, setting the standards for workforce planning across Novo Nordisk and for leading M&A activities in the P&O organisation. Our new Strategy & Organisational Readiness Lead will be responsible for: Driving organisational development initiatives (including workforce planning) to enable strategy execution in the business Understanding of the corporate strategy and translating it to concrete organisational needs Defining, demonstrating and sharing standards and best practise within organisational development and workforce planning to guide leaders and HR Business Partners Developing relationships with business stakeholders and key partners across the business to identify the capabilities needed today and for the future Driving projects and/or workstreams within the key responsibilities of the department (organisational development, workforce planning or M&A) Qualifications
Experience within either organisational development, workforce planning or M&A is a clear advantage, but not a prerequisite for applying. However, the person we are looking for is expected to excel within the following areas: Ownership of projects or work streams with increasing degree of complexity and scope Structured problem solving Preparation of project plans with clear milestones, delegates responsibilities and meets commitments Data gathering and conducting interviews with internal and external input providers Quantitative and qualitative analyses, which are translated into clear fact-based recommendations Preparation of storylines using conscious application of structured communication approaches Building partnerships and/or collaborating with key stakeholders to meet shared objectives and anchoring of solution Working at Novo Nordisk
