Then this position would be a great opportunity for you. Start your application for a life-changing career! The Position The project portfolio in Local Manufacturing (LM) is growing. Site expansions of our LM facilities and new CMO partnerships are in the project pipeline. That means that our project managers are very busy and in need of support. Acting as a Project Supporter or PPM in Local Manufacturing your main task will be to help the LM project managers to succeed. In close cooperation with the project managers, you will help them to initiate, execute and hand over projects to operation. The tasks include Establish and follow up on the project schedule Build and monitor project risk matrix, scope, and budget Prepare or review Steering Group material Prepare or review supporting project documents Develop new PM tools according to the need Drive the LM project portfolio You will be involved in all major LM projects and thereby also ensure that the PM toolbox is used the same way for all projects. All Local Manufacturing projects are anchored in the Virtual Project group with project managers from all our LM sites. That also means that your interfaces with the project managers will have a very diverse composition and that a high degree of your work will be in a virtual setting. Qualifications We are looking for a new colleague to join us on the exciting and ambitious journey to further strengthen the outcome of our international projects in Novo Nordisk. Ideally, you have an advanced degree in Engineering or similar and some years of experience as a project supporter, and demonstrated track record around your PM toolbox. As a person, you have An engaging and proactive manner, while still ensuring the project achieves operational and strategic success. Ability to inspire your colleagues to reach ambitious goals and work closely with all stakeholders A natural way of communication with stakeholders on all levels Fluent in English, both written and spoken. About the Department Local Manufacturing (LM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization and consists of ~800 employees. The primary role of LM is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where a local presence is required to obtain market access. LM is present in countries like Japan, South Africa, Russia, Belarus, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria. Your psychical location is expected to be our Danish office in Soeborg, but it will also be an option to work from other locations in a virtual setting. As a part of the project team, you will be onboarded into an international environment with a team of highly skilled Project Managers who will make sure to welcome you and engage you in relevant networks in Novo Nordisk.
