You will be part of Development IT and will be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 130 people in Denmark and 65 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of DDIT Development projects and applications working closely together with our colleague in the line of business. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key. The job
As Scrum Master in DDIT Development, you will become a key member of one of our agile teams in one of our Agile Release Trains. You will be responsible for preparing and facilitating events for the team, e.g. stand-up meetings, retrospectives, demos, etc. You will coach and educate your team in SAFe ways of working, helping the self-organising team to achieve their goals, and in close collaboration with the Product Owner ensure to fill, prioritise and manage the backlog. You will help the team members develop and grow. You will drive the continuous improvement in the team, creating a learning environment, and ensuring learnings are shared with other agile teams. In the department, you will be part of a group of around 30 engaged Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Knowledge sharing with peers and learning is an integral part of the job, and you will be able to build on our collective experience in your own development as well as in developing your agile team and it’s members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and get energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment. You excel at being servant leader for people and ensure that the team manages their progress and ensure that obstacles are removed. You like to learn, react and adapt to changes and share experiences. You like to challenge the status quo and inspire the people in the team. You are a team player who takes responsibility for the team and ensures an excellent collaboration to the other agile teams and our business stakeholders. Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills & experiences:
• 5 years or more of experience with IT projects including project management or Scrum Master experience
