The position You will work in the Produce & Deliver area team collaborating with colleagues that are also delivering on business-critical areas such as capacity expansion, the next SAP platform S/4HANA, supporting our strategic area to succeed with the ambitious pipeline we have ahead of us. Rolling out SAP EWM across our existing and coming warehouses is one of our business-critical deliverables. You will also help with organisational development, budget management, and change management where communication is key in a diverse stakeholder landscape. You will work closely together with our agile organisation including line of business and IT team members as well as external vendors.
Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas: Actively engage with sites and introduce SAP EWM to new areas (create and keep roadmap of deployments fully up to date) Overview of overall project landscape incl. project cost spends, documentation go-lives, risks, delays, and people Ensuring smooth business operations of the area, onboarding new teams, and delivering projects within deadlines Own Objectives and Key Results (OKR progression), benefits, and Return on investment (ROI) Ensure 0 variance on finances and backfill Support and coach Delivery leads
As a Roll-Out Lead, you will lead the EWM deployment roll-out in close collaboration with the EWM Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead and EWM Core lead. To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely together with Delivery Leads representing our business areas. You will be part of the programme leadership team and ensure alignment with delivery leads responsible for deploying the EWM solution across all sites. You will not have any direct HR responsibility, but all members of the area will be reporting to you, in relation to execution and deployment of EWM. Qualifications
We would like you to come with extended stakeholder management skills and ensure strong partnership with the production sites. Moreover, you can act on impediments and potential delays before they occur.
To be successful in this roles, we expect you to have:
Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area with 5+ years of delivering large projects Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time. Strong Leadership Skills Savvy in understanding financial data and in running budgeting processes for mid-sized business Solid understanding of the Warehouse processes and SAP EWM as well as surrounding IT systems
