Programme Lead Are you passionate about driving change by motivating a team to perform at their best? Do you want to be a part of optimising our Quality Accelerator Programme where newly graduated candidates are onboarded into the Quality Assurance (QA) role through an ambitious 1-year programme? Then you might be our next colleague. We are looking for a Programme Lead with a can-do attitude who will drive our Quality Accelerator Programme to success in Novo Nordisk Quality. About the department and the Quality Accelerator Programme In NNQ we ensure quality in all steps of the value chain of Novo Nordisk – from products discovered in laboratories to they are in the hands of patients. Due to the expansion of activities in all business areas and sites, the Quality Accelerator Programme for newly graduated candidates was established in 2022 to accommodate the growing demand for onboarded QA professionals. This 1-year programme consist of rotations across areas of NNQ with on-the-job training and intensive training in relevant pharmaceutical and quality processes, as well as training in communication and feedback. The team is highly engaged and involved in various training, onboarding, and recruitment activities to support Novo Nordisk quality and our organisation of +2100 colleagues globally. We have a huge network across the organisation working closely together with Global Training, local training coordinators in QA, Executive Office, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the Quality Areas which makes our working day diverse and exiting. Our working environment is fun and informal, we value flexibility and collaboration across skillsets About the programme and the position You will be manager for 15-20 new QA professionals starting the 1st of September 2023. In the position you will execute and develop the programme making sure that the programme evolves all the time to stay fit for the future through high level of responsibility combined with collaboration with stakeholders across the NNQ. Main responsibilities Recruitment of 25 candidates annually together with your colleagues Lead 15-20 candidates enrolled in the programme (i.e., 1:1’s, coaching, personal development, onboarding, rotation management and support to the candidates in their move into new roles after the programme) Manage the candidates (overseeing their training and personal development, as well as ensuring they are allocated to meaningful rotations) Ensure successful execution of the ongoing programme to the benefit of the business Supporting the planning of training and make sure that feedback is used in future development of the training Ensure close dialogue and follow-up with Quality areas As Novo Nordisk is growing fast it is important that you are engage in finding way to expand the programme to support the local onboarding of QA professionals. You will be anchored in Bagsværd but with collaboration with stakeholders from different sites hence occasional there can be needs for travel activities. Qualifications To succeed as a Programme Lead, you have great interpersonal skills complimented by a passion for working with development of young professionals giving them the best start in their career. Furthermore: Have a master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar Have a solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry either in Quality Assurance or Production area Passionate to support and coach young professionals in their beginning of their career to empower and inspire them to delivering their best in a dynamic environment Passionate about development programmes making sure that we are supporting our quality department in hiring and training QA professionals Are skilled in engaging with stakeholders at different levels and from all parts of the organisation Are fluency in English both written and spoken Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
