As the new Advanced Assembly and Pack Professional, you will be welcomed into the support team in Finished Production (FP) and will support the operation of assembly and packaging lines, washing processes, and optimize processes that ensure the validated condition of the equipment. You will be responsible for handling changes and solving problems efficiently whilst having a focus on Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and delivering high quality on time. Key responsibilities include: Oversee assembly and packaging lines, making sure they are optimised for quality output. Daily collaboration with operators, managers in production, logistics and QA. Maintain quality in compliance of requirements. Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor deviations and handle customer complaints. Solve tasks with multiple stakeholders across the organisation. Your experiences include: An academic degree in Pharma, Life Science, Biochemistry, Engineering or similar, combined with 2+ years working within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated industry. Previous experience working in FP is advantageous. Working with GMP. Knowledge of deviation reporting is a benefit. Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Danish is advantageous. Working cross functionally and building strong collaborations. As a person, you can make the necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. You have an excellent overall perspective and a keen analytical sense, which makes it simple for you to cut to the chase and see-through connections between processes, materials, and equipment. Furthermore, you see yourself as being highly motivated, can work in a team environment and are adaptable with a positive mind-set to influence your cooperation within the department and with internal and external colleagues.

You will become part of Novo Nordisk finished goods production, which counts around 8,000 employees across seven production sites and five countries. We are the last, but very important, link in the value chain before the finished products can be shipped to patients all over the world. In the finished goods production in Kalundborg, we are around 400 employees who are responsible for assembling and packing diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
