As a member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving digital and BI projects ensuring strategic alignment with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will also include portfolio management ensuring priorities across multiple stakeholders, as well as translating financial business requirements into technical requirements. Other key responsibilities are: Leading the project management of digital and BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work. Creating and ensuring traction of a portfolio of projects and ensuring strategic alignment with the company's goals in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe. Acting as a digital and data sparring partner, helping to identify data opportunities, and providing guidance on best practices. Ensuring financial business requirements are translated into requirements for digital and BI projects. Providing support to global finance colleagues by understanding their pain points and offering solutions to improve their experience. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to BI and digital projects. Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within finance, business, economics or IT, and have 0-5 years of working experience. Other success criteria are: Prior experience supporting key corporate financial processes such as budgeting, management reporting or resource allocation. Being passionate about the intersection of finance and technology and wanting to learn how to translate financial business requirements into business intelligence solutions. Experience with finance systems/solutions (e.g. SAP/BW) is preferred, but most importantly curiosity to learn more and have strong analytical skills. Experience with project management. Knowledge about the Power Platform, specifically PowerBI is preferred but knowledge in other BI tools is also a benefit (e.g. Tableau, Qlik). On a personal level, you have a flair for details and interest in learning and understanding the business behind the numbers, and you can communicate clearly and precisely with people at all levels in the organisation and you have good collaboration skills.
About the department The Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team consists of approx. 8 colleagues, where we support the global finance organisation in getting insights, supporting key decisions for Executive Management, the CFO and multiple regions across the globe. Amongst others we own the process of identifying digital and data needs for key financial processes such as monthly management reporting, budgeting and sales forecasting. You will be part of an engaged and diverse team that thrives with testing out new technology to solve financial problems and processes in new and innovative ways. We are located in Denmark and supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India. As a team, we see ourselves as having digital, data and finance in our DNA driving new capabilities and digitalisation in our global finance organisation.
