Then you may be the Supply Chain Planner and Coordinator we are looking for to join our Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) Logistics team in Søborg? The position We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner/Coordinator with a holistic supply chain perspective who is motivated by improving our supply chain, ensuring stable and reliable planning, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Deliver accurate and timely forecasts to our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and other stakeholders Order handling and follow up on orders to ensure material availability according to demand Determine and monitor safety stocks/inventory of critical production materials Manage invoice flow (reviewing and approving invoices) Drive continuous optimisations of the supply chain together with the CMO and Novo Nordisk stakeholders Take charge in expanding the CMO network and evaluating strategic aspects on how to enable GCM to grow Make analyses to identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritisations and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact Qualifications You have a higher education, preferably a master’s degree within a relevant discipline e.g. engineering, supply chain management or similar, coupled with minimum 3-5 years of supply chain (planning) experience. Demonstrates high subject matter expertise Tactical planning competencies/understanding the holistic overview (typically covering several parts of the organization) Strong SAP knowledge, specifically in SAP APO/ECC and skilled user of other IT systems In addition to good communication and coordination skills, you have a quality mindset and strong analytical skills. Strong written and spoken English is required. On a personal level: You can build relationships through trust and transparency and are able to communicate across cultures You are known to be highly engaged, pro-active, not afraid to take the lead and have a positive mindset. You enjoy working proactively, taking responsibility in a dynamic environment, with many tasks to coordinate and execute on, with changing priorities and strict deadlines You are good at building relationships across cultures and know how to get commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. About the department You will be a part of our international Logistics department in the Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) area, where we have an informal and direct tone, and where we respect each other’s differences and encourage each other’s professional development. GCM is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply Organization and responsible for all Novo Nordisk contract and license manufacturing of intermediates, drug substances, semi-finished and finished drug products to global markets. The primary role of GCM Logistics is to ensure delivery of products to our respective customers in the global supply chain. We are responsible for all logistics and supply chain tasks towards our CMOs and sourcing of products into Novo Nordisk according to the demand from our production sites and customers world-wide. As our new Supply Chain Planner, you will join 14 highly motivated and talented colleagues in GCM Logistics Planning, located in Søborg. We are responsible for purchasing and planning of products world-wide from our CMO outsourced production partners, and for setting up supply chains for our new CMOs.
