As S4 HANA Process Lead for Analytics & User Experience your focus will be to identify and lead the implementation of new S4 HANA Analytics and User Experience solutions of relevance for our Product Supply end users. You will set the requirements and own the design for the new solutions.Your primarily tasks will include:Define requirements and select new standard Analytics & User Experience solutions in S4 HANA Drive the required process adjustments, bridging between Business and IT Anchor the solutions in the impacted areas in Product Supply in close collaboration with IT Plan and execute according to agreed objectives and milestones Manage stakeholders across functions and at different levels in Product Supply
You will be working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks.Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:Experience with SAP, FIORI Apps, Analytics and User Experience solutions Experience with global solution roll-out projects is preferable Experience with data extraction, utilisation and visualisation A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager/Process Lead A master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT The abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations
As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have an excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will join the newly established S4 HANA team in Digital Supply Chain and work closely with colleagues in the S4 HANA Program consisting of highly competent and engaged colleagues from Product Supply, IT and Finance.
Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Finance, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
