As a Senior IT Project Manager you will be part of a team redefining the global revenue management process of Novo Nordisk, at a time when Novo Nordisk is growing like never before. The project is based on a Vistex solution, embedded into SAP, and you will be leading all technical aspects of the project. The project has a global scope, and you will be working closely with colleagues from supply chain, finance, DD&IT, and external vendors, which calls for excellent communication and coordination skills as well as vendor management
Your main responsibilities include:Drive technical track of the Vistex implementation project, from minimal viable product (MVP) to global roll-out Define technical requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts, including SarbOX compliance, access control, security, and integrations Vendor management incl. contract management, pricing, and contract compliance Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and capability need Ensure thorough testing and documentation is completed including system architecture and design Build operating model for future maintenance and support Support the team by moving impediments and provide sparing on challenges Coordinate and collaborate closely with the functional project manager
We are looking for
A proactive colleague who can collaborate across functional areas and in dynamic organizational settings. To succeed in the role, we see, that you can tick most of the following boxes:5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager with SAP as the main platform (experience with Vistex solutions and SAP Basis is an advantage) Experience working with finance and supply chain processes Understanding of SAP architecture and module interdependencies, preferable in a context of compliance Familiarity with Agile practices e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps is an advantage Experience working with SAP platform in a complex and global cross-organisational setting
On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to change. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice.
