We are looking for a Project Change Manager with a can-do attitude who can independently impact how we succeed with the implementation of quality projects in Novo Nordisk.
The position In the role as Project Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving communication and change management activities across various digitalisation and simplification projects within Novo Nordisk Quality Systems (QS) and Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ). The projects will be very different in character but will all have large business benefits across Novo Nordisk and always involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk. You will drive communication and change management initiatives in the projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the project team. For example: develop training strategy and content, build and drive a network of local change agents, create and execute change management strategies and communication plans, facilitate implementation, minimise resistance and more. You will use your positive attitude to guide and support the project team to the advantage of the business. You will ensure organisational readiness and leadership commitment to the required changes and ensure that we are successful in realising the project benefits. You will be working in site Bagsværd. There will be occasional travel activities. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with communication and change management within a large-scale organisational change effort. Proven track record of developing communication efforts and implementing change management initiatives to ensure the organisation’s adoption to required changes. Great collaboration skills with different stakeholders at various organisational levels, for example some of our most experienced process experts and managers. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Competencies within our quality management processes and experience with driving change management in IT projects and agile setups will be an advantage. As a person you are a robust, structured, a self-starter, and a great team player with a positive attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. About the department Quality Project Office in Quality Systems, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for driving various simplification and digitalisation projects across our quality management processes.
