Do you want to play a key role in the continued implementation of Serialisation in Novo Nordisk, enabling us to bring our products to patients across the world? Are you seeking an opportunity to drive IT solution implementation and engage with stakeholders across IT and the Supply Chain Organisation? If so, the position as SAP ATTP SME (Subject Matter Expert) can be the right fit for putting your expertise to work while at the same time making a difference for patients living with diabetes.
The position
As an SAP ATTP SME, you will be working as SAP functional consultant. You will be a part of an agile team working with Serialisation and establishing solutions across the world. You will work closely together within our agile organisation in Digital, Data & IT – Product Supply, where you engage in an agile release train, including line of business, IT team members, as well as external vendors. You will join a highly motivated agile team who will together accelerate the digitalisation journey. The Serialisation IT team is ensuring that Novo Nordisk’s products fulfil the serialisation requirements from different markets, a key obligation for us to maintain our license to operate. The Serialisation IT team works closely together with two other agile Serialisation teams with more than 50 active project members based primarily in Denmark and India. The teams have an ambitious road map, and the coming years will ensure roll-out and implementation of the serialisation solution according to the countries’ requirements and upcoming S/4 requirements.
You will take part in specifying and designing the IT solution for new countries with serialisation requirements and improving existing solutions within our SAP suite. You will also be involved in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues and Affiliates across the global supply chain, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business and regulatory requirements. A high level of quality must be ensured in your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements.
Qualifications You have strong knowledge and experience within SAP ATTP and SAP ICH, and an good understanding of related SAP Logistics areas such as Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution and/or PP-PI. Experience with integration technologies and/or working with webservices and RFC interfaces is an advantage. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset. You can keep the overview of the high-level solution and processes, but you are able to perform analysis on a detailed level as well. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and have experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. You are experienced working in an agile organisation, and it is furthermore an advantage if you have experience with the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations. It is an advantage if you have experience with EWM and S/4.

D igital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. The team you will be working with comprises of close to 30 highly skilled and passionate agile team members based primarily in Denmark and India.
