Apply now! The position As a Senior Finance Partner in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT), your primary role will be to support the line of business with proactive finance partnering. The tasks include: Planning and driving the financial processes across the department business units during budget rounds Participate in Month-End and Year-End closing processes Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders Optimising the processes and driving data transparency to enable sound decision making Help deciding and developing which processes and tools are needed to create the right level of financial transparency and reporting Supporting the organisation with financial advice and creating business review material for senior stakeholders The role may also include other ad hoc tasks. The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while driving activities and projects related to the production sites globally. Qualifications To be considered for the position, we expect that you have: A minimum a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience within business analysis, business controlling, finance, accounting or similar Strong analytical and communication skills Knowledge within SAP or other ERP system as well as experience with presentation and BI tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel (as an advantage) Strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment Curiosity of nature and willingness to use this to dive into the challenges As a person, you are curious, have a drive to succeed and the ability to work independently and in teams. About the department PS, Q & IT is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 19,000 employees globally across five continents. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products and the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities. You will be part of the Business Finance team residing in PS, Q & IT Finance. The finance department consists of around 35-40 people from approx. 15 countries with diverse backgrounds and acts as a centre of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investments and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global Product Supply organisation.
