As an Associate Finance Partner, you will be responsible for the financial management of one of the areas in Corporate Facilities as well as finance partnering to the management team. The role entails a broad range of tasks where you will: Work towards the global line of business providing financial sparring and insights. Drive business cases. Act as the “CFO” of the area and provide recommendations to senior management within both line of business and Finance. Collaborate with team members and the manager of the team, who will both provide you with frequent sparring and focus on your development. Run the financial planning process, provide reporting to senior management, and create financial insights for decision making. Furthermore, this role gives you the chance to be involved in various cross functional projects within the team and across Business Finance e.g., developing business intelligence solutions and driving process optimisation. This is a great opportunity to further develop your finance toolbox, get a deep understanding of Novo Nordisk’s business, interact with stakeholders across the organisation and get insights into commercial priorities and organisational considerations, and as a result, experience a steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications
You preferably hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics with excellent results and have around 1-2 years of experience. Other success criteria are: Strong analytical skills, while being good at keeping an eye for the overall purpose. Clear and precisely communication with people at all levels in the organisation. Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Staffs Finance is part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance and is responsible for the financial man-agement of Finance, Legal and Global Solutions, Global People and Organisation and Corporate Facilities. In Staffs Finance you will be part of a young and ambitious team consisting of five tal-ented employees in Denmark, supported by a dedicated team of five colleagues from Global Business Services in India. Our overall ambition is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. To do this, we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
