Senior Project Manager Do you want to play a central role in global People and Organisation (P&O) projects across Novo Nordisk? Are you motivated by engaging with global stakeholders across P&O and Line of Business to drive and lead complex projects? Is achieving strategic, business and P&O results a priority for you? Then this job may be right for you. The position You will have the opportunity to advise on and taking part in setting the direction for these projects, lead the projects and align project needs with Line of Business and our colleagues in P&O. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing requirements and give timely feedback and guidance to project member in a clear, constructive, and timely manner. As a Senior Project Manager in our HRBP PMO, you will work independently with support and coaching from the leader, collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams/areas, including business leaders and P&O colleagues. Qualifications: - A MSc Degree or similar - Min. 5 years’ experience in management consulting, with a proven track record in managing complex projects in or for global organisations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Experience working with change management and/or HR projects would be an advantage We are seeking a person who is highly organized, structured, and result oriented. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
