You will take part in the implementation of projects that enables the organisation to improve the performance within mental well-being. In this role, you will be part of our Mental Wellbeing team and work closely with key stakeholders within our organisation to conceptualise, plan, execute and anchor initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring that our nearly 60.000 employees are part of a working environment they look forward to every day they go to work. In this role, your main tasks will be: Planning, facilitating and follow-up on workshops within the topic of mental well-being and stress prevention. Supporting managers, Health and Safety representatives, HR- and Health and Safety partners by providing guidance, tools and training on mental well-being. Be engaged in establishing training offers and self-directed learning opportunities for our organisation on our internal platforms. Assisting with reviewing data and facilitate potential in-depth stakeholder dialogues to match the different needs of the organisation with flexible and tailored solutions. Working in the global health and safety department, you will be part of ensuring initiatives to keep promoting and improving mental well-being on a strategic as well as operational level across Novo Nordisk. Most projects have a global scope and are executed in close collaboration with colleagues in other geographies, hence virtual facilitation and some travel may be expected (less than 5%). Qualifications To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate have: Master’s degree in psychology or similar with a strong focus on the psychosocial working environment and mental well-being. Work experience within mental wellbeing from an international environment or the private sector is preferred. Experience in engaging with senior leadership. Work experience with planning and teaching Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings as well as Face-to-Face classrooms and workshops for large audiences. Work experience with running projects is an advantage. Strong planning and communication skills and your experiences allow you to turn complex matters into simple solutions. English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. As a person you are result-oriented and structured - and your commitment is catching. You have a high level of drive, initiative, empathy and persistence and work well in a dynamic environment. It is also important that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and team-spirit. You work comfortably in MS Office (PowerPoint and Teams).

The job is located in the Novo Nordisk Health team, one of three units in the global Novo Nordisk Health and Safety department, a global staff function located in HQ Bagsværd, DK. The department is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of global health and safety with around 45 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, safety, ergonomics, technical working environment and health promotion.
