As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 11 skilled operators handling cleaning of classified areas and housekeeping in our aseptic production facility.
You will together with your team have the daily responsibility for the cleaning of production facilities and ensure we maintain an aseptic environment in our production. You will support your team in problem solving this task and find ways to optimise our processes to get better at what we do.
You will work closely with the other associate manager within our Environmental area to identify and follow up on issues and improvement opportunities within our production. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• Outstanding people management skills and a 2+ years proven track record of achieving results as people manager.
• Work language is Danish, but proficiency in both oral and written English is essential
• Experience with Lean and GMP is preferable
• Your leadership style is based on empathy and dedication and your natural drive ensures you deliver on promises. As a leader, you enjoy working with people to engage and inspire them to achieve great results. Moreover, you know the value of building strong relations and earning trust and respect from colleagues and employees. You bring a good sense of humour to work even when pressure is on, and you thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. About the team/department
The new Cleaning and Housekeeping team is part of the department Aseptic Support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Bagsværd. The new team will join the existing 6 teams in the department covering Utility, Environmental Monitoring and Review. Our shared goal is to provide strong support to the production with highly engaged people and help serve our patients around the world. You will also be part of the highly engaged management team in Aseptic Support and contribute to the strategic journey of site Bagsværd. Working at Novo Nordisk
