Join us for a life changing career! The Position As Manager you will head up a great and diverse team of 19 dedicated employees, primarily professionals and technicians. You will be responsible for coaching and creating an environment where the team provides excellent support to our operation, drives continuous improvements, and helps the department fulfil the expectations to an aseptic production. You will report directly to our Director for Inspection & Warehouse and be part of the department management team. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Conduct daily performance board meetings to coordinate the team

  • Ensure necessary process and technical support for optimizing production stability and efficiency

  • Cultivate individual and team development to enhance performance

  • Collaborate actively with the department management team and key stakeholders

  • Drive a lean mindset where continuous improvement is key

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Empathy, focus on teamwork and a positive mindset

  • Leadership experience from a similar position

  • A master’s degree in engineering, natural science, or similar

  • GMP experience will be a plus

  • Good communication skills in Danish and English.

About The Department IFP Bagsværd is a central production site in Novo Nordisk, formulating, filling and inspecting diabetes and obesity products. The site also plays a key role in Novo Nordisk's research and development efforts in launching new treatments for people with diabetes and obesity.
