Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement? Would you like to play a central role in how Novo Nordisk manages its growing network of external manufacturing sites by ensuring compliance and high-quality standards? Then apply today as you could be the Quality Partner we are looking for to join our newly established Quality Management System (QMS) and Training team in Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM). The position As Quality Partner, you will be responsible for supporting management and your colleagues in maintaining and developing high quality and compliance standards across GCM and you will be part of Novo Nordisk Contract Manufacturing and Sourcing, Devices and Sustainability (CSDS) quality network. In practice, you will:
  • Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our quality processes, tools and programmes
  • Drive our Quality Management Review (QMR) process and Audit and Inspection process
  • Analyze data and quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and potential areas of concern, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Support audits and level 1 inspections in GCM
  • Inform the area if compliance or quality are affected or at risk due to trends observed or changes in procedures.
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or any other relevant field
  • Have previous experience with quality and compliance processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • As a person, you possess strong communication and collaboration skills. You have the ability to build relationships, ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You are curious and able to work in a systematic and analytical way. About the department Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) is responsible for outsourced production from project to operations stage and manages a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to deliver across a huge and growing range of portfolio of Novo Nordisk products. QMS and Training is a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department - a diverse department of 25 people. In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitialisation, Training and Quality and Portfolio Management. You will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth. We are office based with shopfloors at CMOs on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed.
