What will you be doing?
As SAP PM Business Analyst, you'll join our team that supports users' work processes in Plant Maintenance, Calibration, and Material Management. We primarily use SAP but also incorporate other IT solutions, including custom apps and mass load tools. Our solutions are constantly adapted to meet user needs, and we may explore other technical tools in the future to expand our scope.
Your tasks in this position will include introducing new functionalities to our users and troubleshooting operational issues in our running solutions. Introducing new functionalities will consist of the entire end-to-end processes.

  • Clarify requirements with users
  • Investigate potential technical solutions
  • Design technical solutions
  • Testing
  • Document develop solutions
  • Support go-live through communication with our users
  • The position will include participation in strategically important projects such as factory expansions and preparation for S/4 Hana. There will be the possibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. The position is based in Bagsværd, DK, but the location will move to Ballerup at the beginning of 2024. Your skills
    To be a strong candidate for this position, we expect you tick most of the following boxes:
  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance
  • Experience with SAP configuration
  • Ability to set up clear requirements based on user input
  • Experience with designing solutions to meet requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and test solutions
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience navigating a large organization
  • Experience working with SAP MM Spare parts and QM Calibration, Apps and interfaces is a plus
  • Regarding personality, we hope to see that you are a good communicator with strong collaboration skills and a curious as well as innovative mindset. About the department The team is a small group of highly engaged and innovative professionals located partly in Denmark and partly in India. Our solutions are used worldwide on our sites, so we represent a large and diverse user base. The team works agile, with a 3-month time horizon on our deliveries, clear priorities, and close contact with our users to provide feedback on the solutions.
    The team is part of the unit called Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply (PS), responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk, including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution and supply chain needs worldwide.
