The role
You will head up a Project support team in the production area Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) in Kalundborg, Gentofte and Måløv. The Project support team delivers all task related to automation in a project. You will be part of a management team of 6 leaders and refer to the Senior Manager of the FP area.
As our new Manager your general responsibilities will be to:
An important aspect to this role, is establishing a good relation to stakeholders across the local manufacturing sites (business area), and to serve as an active member of local steering groups.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a profile that have at least 3 years of experience with general leadership of a high-performance team and is ready to take on a leadership position of a very complex area. Your educational background is not decisive, but you have basic knowledge of Automation and/or IT. You are also willing to divide your time between three different sites on Sjælland, Denmark.
As a person, you are ambitious yet with a humble ‘can-do’ attitude, a spirit of innovation, a team player, happy to share experience, workload, and information with your colleagues, proactive and able to lead and inspire your team. You bring leadership experience in delegating and empowering others to act, being an excellent communicator across functions, levels, and cultures.

Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) for Product Supply (PS) Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) is responsible for IT and automation for the production sites. This responsibility spans across development and maintenance of local and global IT and automation solutions, infrastructure, compliance, and projects in collaboration with colleagues from global IT units and external vendors/service providers. The organization support tree production area of BRD; Finish Product (FP). In this unit, colleagues are divided into 6 teams - 3 IT/OT Support teams, one Compliance team, one IT team and one Project Support team. All departments collaborate to unite IT/OT across BRD sites and facilitate cross-organizational synergies.
All teams are based at the BRD productions sites, geographically located on Sjælland, Denmark.

The role
