What you will be doing As a Product Owner, you will be an integral part of the central AVEVA PI (formerly OSIsoft PI System) Agile team which is currently being established. AVEVA PI system, is an industry-leading data management solution built specifically to collect and store data from any location and source and rapidly extract the insights we need to optimize your business - all in a no-code, flexible environment. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Business Owners Work with stakeholders and Agile team to ensure a good flow Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries to enable ongoing prioritization and content elaboration Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners, Product Management, external stakeholders and Agile teams, and collaborate with these to visualize and prioritise stories accordingly Ensure the Agile team is delivering according to its commitment and work with the Agile team daily overcoming challenges and clarifying questions to ensure flow Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done) Contribute in Agile team events of AVEVA PI and other relevant products (e.g. POInT, OT DHL, OEE Intelligence, NNEDH, etc.) We are looking for
An ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. On a professional level, you have: A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or other relevant fields Prior experience working with Operational Technologies systems such as PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems Strong business knowledge and work experience within GxP Experience in Agile methodologies is required Prior experience working with AVEVA PI will be a plus SAFe certification in Product Ownership/Product Management will be a plus On a personal level, you can set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation, translating strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. You are structured and focused on driving outcomes, standing out for excellent stakeholder management skills and quick adaptation to change.
The team waiting for you You will be part of Data Enablers department within Manufacturing Intelligence. Data Enablers department is responsible for continuously developing, scaling, and maintaining global production data platforms. These data platforms are designed to efficiently extract and standardize data from both production lines and IT/OT systems used in production processes. In Manufacturing Intelligence, we strive to empower our colleagues in Novo Nordisk Product Supply to make data-driven decisions, continuously digitalize, and improve manufacturing processes. The team is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from product owners, scrum masters, architects to hands-on data engineers and developers, and people from 12 different nationalities. We are currently located in Bagsværd and part of DD&IT – a global community of 3000+ colleagues, driving digital, data, and IT. DD&IT partners with the business to support digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain – from idea to patient. We accelerate digital value creation through standardised, efficient, and secure technology platforms – the foundation for everything digital in Novo Nordisk.
