Let’s talk about the role In this role, you will contribute to enhancing how Novo Nordisk employees collaborate, and communicate virtually. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing larger scale projects related to the growth of Novo Nordisk globally. Regarding primarily meeting rooms/IP-telephony and desktop hardware. You will support key decisions to be made throughout the project, including milestones, and ensure alignment across different IT areas. Additionally, you will create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project and ensure a standardized format for future scalability readiness. Some exciting things you will get to work on include: Oversee site expansions for Digital Workplace services (Desktop, Meeting-rooms, Telephony/O365 solutions) Collaborate, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors, and consulting companies Coordinate meetings with building managers and partners, both internal and external Liaise with other IT departments for cross-functional services and manage end-user expectations and usage of services Serve as a single point of contact for Digital Workplace regarding site expansions and M&A's Use your own technical knowledge as part of decision process and provide input where needed to ensure full end-user value along with being responsible for the budget management of the project Please be advised, that the current location is in Bagsvaerd, but our department will move to Ballerup during 2024. The skills we hope to see To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these: Bachelor`s degree within communication, business administration, computer science/or comparable degree within the relevant field At least 2 years of experience within IT project management, IT service management or contract/vendor/service management Ability to choose the right methodology for your project and lead to successful project completion Knowledge of IT end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, screens etc.), meeting room hardware/software, network infrastructure, ITIL foundation v4 and Agile disciplines (SAFe) is considered as advantage Background in working with different cultures, practices, and procedures in different countries Fluent written and spoken English The ideal candidate for this position should have a quality mindset and analytical skills, as well as be open to feedback and able to work independently while paying attention to deadlines. You should also have a solution-oriented mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, along with the technical aspects of our services.
