Learn more and get introduced to CMC API Pilots - Please visit our career page The position As a Lean Coordinator in Cultivation Pilot Plants, your role will be defining and driving lean initiatives and projects, as well as deployment across 6 teams in the department. The responsibilities will include deploying Lean methodology and SPS tools, helping your colleagues use them and run improvement projects essential for the area. Further, your responsibilities encompass ensuring lean alignment across the department, working within an environment that involves a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Some of the tasks assigned to you will be activities such as complex problem solving, process mapping, VSM, and visual management. In this role, you will work close to management and be responsible for: Defining and driving lean roadmap and the implementation locally in the teams in the department Planning and facilitating workshops Structuring and leading (even execute) projects both in different teams and for the department Facilitating complex problem solving and process mapping You will join a dynamic area preparing for taking in an increased amount of exciting development projects and brand-new production facilities to raise the capacity for the supply of the oral portfolio. Furthermore, we are working diligently with digitalization and automation in our facilities and workflows.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you preferably have an academic background (bachelors or masters´ degree). It could be within natural sciences, social sciences, engineering or similar, preferably six sigma training with experience in facilitating and driving projects at team and department level. We expect you to be fluent in English and/or a Scandinavian language. Further experience include: Demonstrated ability to create overview and structure projects and tasks Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels Experience in systematic problem solving at a high level, as well as other lean methods Knowledge about working in a GMP regulated environment is a strong benefit Experience in working with Lean is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. As a person, we expect you to have excellent collaboration skills, to be structured and reliable and to have an ability to stay focused and make the right decisions in a dynamic work environment. The department Cultivation Pilot Plant consists of ~95 people divided into 6 teams; 2 Facilities, each consisting of 2 cultivation lines and two recovery suites. We are a part of CMC API Pilots with responsibility to produce active drug substances for the clinical trials and optimize processes for market production. Working at Novo Nordisk
