The Position As Quality Professional, you will become part of the Records Management Support team with responsibility of supporting the records management process. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Advising stakeholders across the globe on how to work with records management of both paper and electronic documentation

  • Providing quality control in connection with archival of records in the Central Archives

  • Assisting the company during inspections by retrieving requested records.

  • Your primary workplace is at the Central Archive in Bagsværd with some workdays at our site in Måløv. This is a temporary 2 year position starting the 1st of January 2024 and ending 31st of December 2025, but our organization is growing and expanding, so there are great chances for you to develop your career in Novo Nordisk after this fixed term contract. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Science, IT, History, or a similar field

  • Knowledge of archiving processes

  • Experience in structuring data and the use of databases

  • A systematic, analytical approach to find simple solutions to complex problems

  • Full English proficiency
